令和8年度 港区がん検診を「2026年７月1日（水）～2027年1月29日（金）」に実施いたします。
当院でお受けいただける検診は「前立腺がん検診・大腸がん検診・肝炎ウイルス検診」のみとなります。
＊スムーズな受付・診察のため、事前に以下ご案内をすべてご確認の上、ご来院ください。
当日は現場状況により、お待ち時間が発生しますことを御了承ください。

ご来院時の注意事項：
検診日にお持ちいただく物：港区発行の「受診券」をお忘れの場合、お受けいただくことが出来ません。
「マイナンバーカードまたは健康保険証・港区発行受診券・住所が印字された身分証」
・現場状況により待ち時間が長く発生することもございます。お時間に余裕をもってご来院ください。
・ご来院当日、「37.0℃以上の発熱、風邪症状、2週間以内にコロナおよびインフルエンザ罹患者との
濃厚接触や罹患後の待機期間」に当たる方は、検診日を別日にご変更ください。

The Reiwa 8 Minato Ward Cancer Screening Program is implemented from July 1, 2026 (Wed.) to January 29, 2027 (Fri.). Prostate cancer, colorectal cancer, and hepatitis virus screenings are available at our clinic.
※ To ensure a smooth check-in and examination process, please make sure to confirm the following information in advance before visiting our clinic.
Please be aware that waiting times may occur on the day of your visit depending on on-site conditions.

・Walk-in only. Please visit the reception of the outpatient department.
・Reception hours (for screening)： Mon. 14:30-17:30

Note: For those who need language assistance, the in-house medical interpreter is available from Wed. to Fri.
IMPORTANT:
Items to bring: Screening Voucher issued by Minato Ward, My Number Card (or health insurance card), and ID card with your home address printed on it.
(Note: In case you forget to bring the screening voucher, you are unable to undergo the screening.)
・Depending on the situation at the clinic, relatively long waiting time could occur.
Please allow plenty of time for your visit.
・If you have a fever of 37.0℃ or higher, cold symptoms, or have had close contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19 or the flu within the past two weeks, or are currently in the quarantine period following such an illness on your visit day, please reschedule your appointment for another day.
