当院では10月1日（水）より「インフルエンザワクチン接種」を開始しております。
ご希望の方は、以下「注意事項」を必ずお読みいただき、直接ご来院ください。
なお、高校生で「フルミスト(鼻腔噴霧)ワクチン」をご希望の場合のみ「完全予約制」となります。

➢ 当院では高校生1年生以上、「16歳以上の方」を対象としております。
　　（インターナショナルスクールの場合：高校２年生以上）
➢ 防腐剤を含まない（チメロサールフリー）ワクチンの取扱いはございません。
　 妊娠されている方は担当医師にご確認ください。

【 接種期間 】
　2025年10月1日（水）～ 2026年1月31日（土）
　　ワクチンの在庫がなくなり次第、終了とさせていただきます。

【 受付時間 】
　月～金曜日　15:00～17:00

【 料金 】
　5,500円（税込）
　港区にお住まいの65歳以上の方は無料です。

【 お持ちいただくもの 】
　➤ 65歳以上で23区内にお住いの方・港区助成対象の高校生の方
　　　□（お持ちの方のみ）診察券・保険証
　　　□ 居住区より送付された予診票：必要事項を記載した上でご持参下さい。
　　　□ ご本人確認証：住所確認が出来る「運転免許証・マイナンバーカード」等
　➤ 65歳以下の方
　　　□（お持ちの方のみ）診察券・保険証

【 注意事項 】
　・他ワクチン接種をした方は、各ワクチンで定められた接種間隔を守りご来院ください。
　・「37.5℃以上」および「感冒症状等の体調不良」がある方は接種できません。
　　来院後、医師の問診により接種不可となる場合がございます。

【 所要時間 】
　来院後、「インフルエンザ問診票」記載・医師問診の後にワクチン接種のながれとなり、所要時間は「30分程度」となります。
　ただし、現場状況により待ち時間が発生する場合もございます。
　お時間に余裕をもってご来院いただきますようお願い致します。

Influenza vaccinations have been offered at our clinic since Wednesday, October 1. If you wish to get vaccinated, please read the important points below and visit us on a walk-in basis. However, please note high school students requesting the “FluMist (nasal spray) vaccine” require an appointment.

➢ Our clinic serves high school students in their first year or above, and individuals aged 16 or older.
(For international schools: high school students in their second year or above)
➢ We do not carry vaccines that are free of preservatives (thimerosal-free). If you are pregnant, please consult your physician.

【 Important Notes 】
　If you have received other vaccinations, please observe the recommended interval between doses for each vaccine when visiting our clinic.

　Individuals with a temperature of 37.5°C or higher, or experiencing flu-like symptoms or other symptoms of illness, cannot receive the vaccination.
　Even after arriving at the clinic, a doctor’s consultation may determine not to permit you to receive the vaccination.

【 Time Required 】
After arriving at the clinic, the vaccination follows completing the “Influenza Questionnaire” and a consultation with a doctor. The entire process takes approximately “30 minutes”.
However, please note that waiting times may occur depending on the situation at the clinic.
We kindly ask that you visit us with some extra time to spend at the clinic.
