今年度は10月1日（木）よりインフルエンザワクチン接種を開始いたします。
ご希望の方は、以下「注意事項」を必ずお読みいただき、直接ご来院ください。
接種対象者：16歳（高校1年生）以上の方
〔インターナショナルスクール通学生：高校２年生以上〕
※ 高校生対象「フルミスト（鼻腔噴霧）ワクチン」をご希望の方：
入荷数に限りがございますため「完全予約制」とさせていただきます。
※ 防腐剤を含まない：チメロサールフリーワクチンのご用意はございません。
妊娠されている方は主治医にご確認ください。
【 接種期間 】
2026年10月1日（木）～ 2027年1月30日（土）
ワクチンの在庫がなくなり次第、終了となります。

月～木曜日 14:30～17:00
【 料金 】
5,500円（税込）
港区在住65歳以上の方は港区助成対象となり無料です。
【 お持ちいただくもの 】
➤ 23区内にお住まいの65歳以上の方、または 港区助成対象の高校生の方
□ マイナンバーカードまたは健康保険資格確認書
□ 居住区より送付された予診票（必要事項を記載）
□ ご本人確認証：ご住所を確認できる「運転免許証・マイナンバーカード」等

【 注意事項 】
・他ワクチン接種をした方は、各ワクチンで定められた接種間隔を守りご来院ください。
・「37.5℃以上」および「感冒症状等での体調不良」がある方は接種できません。
来院後、医師の問診により接種不可となる場合もございます。

30分程度
接種のながれ：ご来院→ワクチン問診票記載→医師問診→ワクチン接種→お会計

Our clinic begins Influenza vaccination on October 1 (Thu.) due to the timing of vaccine shipments. Please carefully read the following information and visit us without appointment.
Eligible recipients: 16 years old (equivalent to 1st grade of high school) and older
〔2nd grade of international school and older〕
※ For high school students who prefer FluMist vaccine (nasal spray): appointments only due to limited stock
※ We do not carry vaccines that do not contain preservatives (thimerosal-free).
If you are pregnant, please make sure to consult with your doctor.

Free for residents of Minato Ward who are 65 years of age or older
【 Things to bring 】
➤ Residents aged 65 or older living in the 23 wards of Tokyo, and high school students eligible for Minato Ward subsidies

□ Pre-screening form sent by your residential district (Please fill it out.)
□ Your ID: Something to confirm your residential address such as driver’s license, My Number Card.

【 Important 】
・If you had other vaccines, please the guideline on intervals set for each vaccine.
・Individuals with a fever of 37.5°C or higher or who are experiencing cold symptoms or other signs of illness are not eligible for vaccination.
・ After you arrive at the clinic, your vaccination might be declined based on the doctor’s consultation.

・ Approx. 30 minutes.
・ Vaccination flow: check in → completion of a vaccine questionnaire form → the doctor’s consultation → vaccination → payment
・ Waiting time may vary depending on the situation. Please allow some extra time when you visit us.
