– Medical interview and consultation by Dr. Kobari as well as blood test to evaluate various hormones

Appointments: 1st, 2nd and 5th Fridays each month / 14:30 – 17:30

– Urine check \300
– Prostate ultrasound \5,300
– Blood test for infectious disease: HIV \1,400, Syphilis \600, Gonorrhea and Chlamydia \3,000, HBS \1,000

□ You are required to visit us at least two times for examinations and consultation based on the results.
□ No food restriction for the test
□ When you have prostate ultrasound, please do NOT empty your bladder before check-in.
